  • How long will I have access to this course?

If taken in real time frames for rehabilitation the course is meant to last 4-12 months. It will be available to you for 12 months from purchase date. All PDFs are available for download and printing to create a manual at home for you to continue to perform rehabilitation interventions.

  • Does it matter if you had a c-section or vaginal delivery?

No! Both vaginal delivery and c-section deliveries are both musculoskeletal changes to the body and would benefit from rehabilitation.

Anytime, as long as you have clearance from a medical provider (see disclaimer section). If you are newly postpartum or are several months or years out of delivery you can still benefit from the education and information presented in this course.

  • How long will it take me to complete the course?

  • What if I have more questions or need more guidance after completing the course?

There is bonus content that includes a 30 minute one-on-one consultation with me via phone or video conference. I have also listed resources for consulting with me in person if you are local as well as resources for finding a pelvic PT in your region.
